We offer a typed itemised printed quotation for you to take away with you. This gives everyone the chance to confirm the work we have advised on (if any). It also allows our new and old customers to compare our repair prices.

We now have the advantage of digital photography capabilites. This enables us to have evidence of any damage or work required on your vehicle if you are not able to view the repairs advised on. Or if we are unable to show you the faults that occured on your vehicle we will take pictures of the condition before and after the repairs have taken place. We are also able to email images to your work or home for review. We will then take time to explain these problems to you on collection of your vehicle. We keep all digital photographs on our system for one month. We also keep all old parts for customers to view or take away in a plastic bag.

This is just one of the ways that we at Uncle Tom's are trying to instill a trust within our customers both new and old. Even the mechanically inexperienced can see and understand the difference of faulty parts, etc. when shown detailed pictures of the faults that have occured.
